As a MAINE engineer by trade, I wanted a place to showcase
some of my extracurricular activities I enjoy to do.
Turns out I enjoy other things that do not require me to be behind a computer screen all the time,
as well as a few other items that do require some more seat time behind the keyboard.
Lately I have really been enjoying CNC'ing items on an Inventables Xcarve, as well as delving into a little home automation. Have fun!
Design
I really enjoy being able to design an item in my mind, put it into 3D CAD, generate G-code, and make it to hold in my hand(s) as fast as I am able to hit "Cycle Start"
Travel
Local in Maine travel or the Northeast by car, I enjoy getting away near and far ( warm islands and beaches are also always welcome)
Wrench (on cars)
By necessity or stubbornness, I do enjoy the process of dissassembly and reassembly to accomplish a goal and with Maine roads something always needs attention in our cars
